This project involves the implementation of 10 different buildings totaling over 60,000 square feet of new construction:  six new commercial horse barns (stabling for over 250 horses), three new administrative show office and public restroom buildings, and one new telecommunications hub.  This project creatively integrates off-the-shelf pre-engineered pole barns with custom architecture and engineering.  Creative patterning of standard gray, smooth and split-face masonry along with purposeful steel beams at the barn “fronts” that serve as an armature to support frequent equestrian user banners and displays raises the bar for an otherwise utilitarian building typology.
