Steven Fucello, AIA, LEED AP – Principal

Steven brings 20 years of project design experience on work that covers a wide range of complex building types, such as parks and recreation facilities, trailheads, university, community college (laboratory, student services, student union, classrooms, computer labs, etc.), shade structures, secondary education, religious, athletic, and performing arts facilities. As with all projects, Steve skillfully develops innovative design solutions under tight budget constraints by directing design and leading the production of every last construction detail. He also performs Construction Contract Administration services during construction phase of each project. Much of his career work experience has been consistently recognized for design excellence at the local, regional, and national levels. Throughout his career, the projects that Steve has contributed to have received 15 American Institute of Architects Awards, the national Louis I. Kahn Award from the American School & University, 3 Arizona Masonry Guild Awards, and two Arizona Forward Environmental Design Awards. Steve is also a past recipient of the AIA Arizona Young Architect Citation, which recognizes young Arizona Registered Architects for design excellence and service to the profession.
